Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 10.11.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that they are yet to receive the consent of "Stock Dividend" from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. The earlier declared Record date on 01 December 2024 is only applicable for AGM and the new record date will be informed upon receiving the consent and directions from Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission regarding Stock Dividend.
