A. Wahab & Company; the auditor of the company has given the following qualified opinion: Basis for Qualified Opinion: i) As disclosed in note # 11 "Property, Plant and Equipment" out of total depreciation of Tk. 44,644,935 depreciation on Revaluation of Assets Tk. 28,063,240 wasn't charged in "Statement of Comprehensive Income" rather the amount has been deducted from Revaluation Reserve account (note 18.2) which is not as per BAS 16. Therefore, profit as well as EPS has been overstated. (Cont.)
