The auditor of the Monno Fabrics Limited has given the "Qualified Opinion" & " Other matter paragraphs" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Basis for Qualified Opinion: 1. The Company has not recognized Deferred Tax Income/Expense in the financial statements which are non-compliance to the paragraph 15 & 24 of IAS -12 'Income Taxes'.
