The auditor of the Monno Fabrics Limited has given the "Qualified Opinion", "Disclaimer of Opinion" and "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2022. Basis for Qualified Opinion: 1) As disclosed in note # 16.02, the company has shown Tk. 643,912 as liabilities for WPPF & WWF which includes prior year's amount of Tk. 157,879 that has not been paid by the company to the Fund.
