The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company accepted the resignation of Horun Nahar Rashid from the position of Chairman of the company with immediate effect and to continue as a Director of the Company. The Board also accepted the resignation of Afroza Khanam from the position of Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect and elected her as the Chairman of the Company with effect from 30 October 2023. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ অবিলম্বে কোম্পানির চেয়ারম্যানের পদ থেকে হোরুন নাহার রশিদের পদত্যাগ গ্রহণ করেছে এবং কোম্পানির পরিচালক হিসাবে অব্যাহত রাখার জন্য। বোর্ড অবিলম্বে কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালকের পদ থেকে আফরোজা খানমের পদত্যাগও গ্রহণ করেছে এবং 30 অক্টোবর 2023 থেকে তাকে কোম্পানির চেয়ারম্যান হিসেবে নির্বাচিত করেছে। (চলবে)
