BSEC/SRMIC/94-22/179 dated 28-04-2022, the sale proceeds of total 8,28,094 shares of the paid up capital of the Company amounting to BDT 13,60,25,065.23 only after payment of Advance Income Tax and brokerage commission. The Company has further informed that the fund has been utilized for adjustment of bank loan liabilities of the Company.
