(Transferor Company) with Bangladesh Monospool Paper Manufacturing Company Ltd. (Transferee Company) and Bangladesh Monospool Paper Manufacturing Company Ltd. shall be the surviving entity. The above approval by the Board of Directors is subject to sanction of the scheme by the Honorable High Court Division (cont.)
