MONOSPOOL Corporate Disclosure — 11 November 2024

(Cont. news of MONOSPOOL): 10% Bonus Shares comprising of 938,882 shares have been added with the paid-up capital of the company on 18-01-2024 and then 23,777,394 shares have been added due to merger of Pearl Paper & Board Mills Ltd. with Bangladesh Monospool Paper Manufacturing Company Ltd. on 19-02-2024. Resultantly at present the paid-up capital of the company has increased to Tk. 341,051,016.00. Significant positive changes in NAVPS, EPS and NOCFPS are after effects of the merger. (end)
