The auditors of the company have given the following 'Basis for Qualified Opinion' in the audit report of the company for the year ended on 30 June 2016: Basis for qualified opinion: i) As stated in note 4.01(Property, Plant and Equipment) the legal titles of the immovable properties acquired from erstwhile Meghna Petroleum Marketing Company Limited (MPMCL) and Padma Petroleum Limited (PPL) have not yet been transferred in favour of the Company which may attract any future legal complicacy.
