The auditor of the Meghna Petroleum Limited has given the "Emphasis of matters" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Emphasis of matters: 1. While computing Gratuity liability, the requirement of lAS-19 about creating provision on the basis of Actuarial computation has not been followed. The company maintains a funded Gratuity scheme for its permanent employees in accordance with Gratuity rules and provision as on 30 June 2021 is Tk. 82,676,278. (cont.1)
