MPETROLEUM Corporate Disclosure — 13 January 2022

(Continuation news of MPETROLEUM): 3. FRC notification- 146/FRC/SS/2020/251 requires conversion of share money deposit into equity within six months from the date of deposit but share money deposit of Tk. 116,061,862 appearing in note 14 has not been converted into equity. However, our opinion is not modified in respect of the above matters. (end)

FRC বিজ্ঞপ্তি- 146/FRC/SS/2020/251 জমার তারিখ থেকে ছয় মাসের মধ্যে শেয়ার মানি ডিপোজিটকে ইক্যুইটিতে রূপান্তর করতে হবে কিন্তু টাকা শেয়ারের টাকা জমা দিতে হবে। নোট 14 এ উপস্থিত 116,061,862 ইক্যুইটিতে রূপান্তরিত হয়নি। যাইহোক, উপরোক্ত বিষয়ে আমাদের মতামত পরিবর্তন করা হয় না। (শেষ)
