Continuation of MTB): To comply with Bangladesh Bank's approval, the Board of Directors of MTB at its 254th meeting held on October 28, 2020 have recommended to issue perpetual bond of BDT 4,000 million accompanying "conversion" feature in the event of "Trigger point" to raise Additional Tier-I capital subject to approval by the shareholders at the 17th Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
