The Company has decided to issue fresh equity/ordinary securities/shares in favor of Norfund-The Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries, organized and existing under the relevant laws of the Kingdom of Norway subject to approval by the shareholders at the EGM (cont. 1)
