With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 31.07.2016) the Company has further informed that BSEC vide its letter No. BSEC/CI/DS-29/2015/670 dated November 22, 2016 has accorded consent under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Private Placement of Debt Securities) Rules, 2012, for raising of Tier-II capital by the Company amounting to Tk. 5,000.00 million only (cont.)
