Rehnuma Parveen, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed her intention to transfer 6,650 shares out of her total holdings of 6,655 shares of the Company to her father Md. Abdul Malek, one of the Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
