Associated Builders Corporation Ltd., one of the Corporate Sponsor Directors of the Company, has further informed that it has completed its sale of 24,37,500 shares whereas Mr. Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury, one of the Nominated Directors of the company has further informed that he has completed his buying of 24,37,500 shares of the Company at prevailing market through Dhaka Stock Exchange as per declaration disseminated on 23.08.2022.

অ্যাসোসিয়েটেড বিল্ডার্স কর্পোরেশন লিমিটেড, কোম্পানির অন্যতম কর্পোরেট স্পন্সর ডিরেক্টর, আরও জানিয়েছে যে এটি তার 24,37,500টি শেয়ার বিক্রি সম্পন্ন করেছে যেখানে কোম্পানির মনোনীত পরিচালকদের একজন জনাব রাশেদ আহমেদ চৌধুরী আরও জানিয়েছেন যে তিনি 23.08.2022 তারিখে প্রচারিত ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জের মাধ্যমে বিদ্যমান বাজারে কোম্পানির 24,37,500টি শেয়ার ক্রয় সম্পন্ন করেছে।
