Associated Builders Corporation Ltd., one of the Sponsors of the Company, has further informed that it has completed its sale of 15,20,000 shares whereas Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury, a Director of the company, has also informed that he has completed his buying of 15,20,000 shares at prevailing market price through Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited as per declaration disseminated on 17.05.2023.

অ্যাসোসিয়েটেড বিল্ডার্স কর্পোরেশন লিমিটেড, কোম্পানির অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক, আরও জানিয়েছে যে এটি তার 15,20,000 শেয়ার বিক্রি সম্পন্ন করেছে যেখানে কোম্পানির একজন পরিচালক রাশেদ আহমেদ চৌধুরীও জানিয়েছেন যে তিনি তার 15টি শেয়ার কেনা সম্পন্ন করেছেন 17.05.2023 তারিখে প্রচারিত ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ লিমিটেডের মাধ্যমে প্রচলিত বাজার মূল্যে 20,000 শেয়ার।
