Associated Builders Corporation Ltd., a Sponsor of the Company, has expressed its intention to sell 21,36,300 shares out of its holding of 10,499,410 shares (in the Block Market) whereas Mr. Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury, a Director of the company, has expressed his intention to buy 21,36,300 shares at prevailing market price (in the Block Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited within October 31, 2023.
