Al-Haj Syed Abul Hossain, one of the Sponsors of the company passed away on 25.10.2023. His holding of 21,718,560 shares (out of his total holding of 23,890,416 shares) will be transmitted to the account of his nominees Ms. Syeda Rubaiyat Hossain and Ms. Syeda Iffat Hossain, daughters of late Syed Abul Hossain, by way of nomination (50% each).
