Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 25.04.2024 regarding board approval to purchase land, the company has further informed that upon approval of the shareholders at 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 03, 2024, the Bank approached Bangladesh Bank on June 11, 2024 for approval for purchasing land measuring 60 katha/3 Bigha at Beraid, Dhaka for building proposed Head Office of the Bank thereon.
