Associated Builders Corporation Ltd., a corporate sponsor of the Company, has expressed its intention to sell 20,00,000 shares of the company out of its holding of 8,363,110 shares (in the Block Market) whereas Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury, a Director of the company, has expressed its intention to buy 20,00,000 shares of the company at prevailing market price (in the Block Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. within next 30 working days.
