The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 3:30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., approved the proposal for purchasing 1 Bigha (20 Katha) plot at Road No. 113, House No. 110, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka-1212, for construction of Corporate Head Office of the Bank thereupon at a price of BDT. 3,000,000,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka Three Thousand Million only) excluding VAT and registration related costs, subject to approval of the regulatory authorities.
