NAHEEACP Corporate Disclosure — 28 January 2025

(cont. news of NAHEEACP): NAV: Net Asset Value (NAV) of the company as on 31 December 2024 stood at Tk. 1,323,917,699 which has been decreased by Tk. 7,967,543 during this period ended on 31 December 2024. This significant decrease in NAV has been resulting for the charge of dividend expenses from the cumulative retained earning balance. (cont.4)
