NATLIFEINS Corporate Disclosure — 10 September 2024

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on September 15, 2024 at 03:00 PM as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2024, has been postponed.

কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাকরণ) প্রবিধান, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুসারে 15 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2024 বিকাল 03:00 PM এ সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে, যার মধ্যে বিবেচনা করার জন্য অন্যান্য, 30 জুন, 2024 তারিখে শেষ হওয়া দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিকের (Q2) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে।
