NATLIFEINS Board to Review Q2 Results for FY 2025–26 on 20 July 2026

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on July 20, 2026 at 3:00 pm instead of earlier declared July 19, 2026 at 3:00 pm to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, অনিবার্য কারণবশত, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুযায়ী কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা পূর্বে ঘোষিত 19 জুলাই, 2026 বিকাল 3:00 টার পরিবর্তে 20 জুলাই, 2026 বিকাল 3:00 টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে এবং এই সভায় অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে 30 জুন, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q2) সময়ের অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনা করা হবে।
