NAVANACNG 5% Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors has recommended 5% cash dividend for the General Shareholders only excluding Sponsors and Directors and 5% stock dividend for all shareholders including Sponsors and Directors for the year ended June 30, 2022. The company has informed that the Sponsors and Directors are holding 3,05,72,243 shares out of total 7,19,55,021 shares of the company.
