(Continuation news of NAVANACNG): The Company has also informed the reasons of stock dividend: i) For retained amount as capital. ii) Stock dividend has been issued out of the accumulated profit or retained earnings. iii) Stock dividend has not been declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or through doing anything so that the post dividend retained earnings become negative or debit balance.
