NAVANAPHAR Corporate Disclosure — 2 September 2025

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 1st September, 2025 has decided to repay the subscribed amount of Navana Pharmaceuticals Partial Convertible Bond earlier than maturity without any conversion due to the under subscription, subject to the approval from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange commission.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, ১ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভায় বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশনের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে, আন্ডার সাবস্ক্রিপশনের কারণে কোনও রূপান্তর ছাড়াই মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণের আগেই নাভানা ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালস আংশিক রূপান্তরযোগ্য বন্ডের সাবস্ক্রাইব করা পরিমাণ পরিশোধ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে।
