The company has informed that the transfer of 16,04,603 shares of Navana Pharmaceuticals PLC held by Mr. Manzurul Islam (Sponsor), transferor, to Dr. Md. Jonaid Shafiq (Managing Director), transferee, has been completed outside the trading system of the Exchange other than by way of gift as per declaration disseminated on 04.08.2026.
