The Board of Directors has recommended 15% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2015. The Board has also decided to increase the Authorized Capital of the Company from Tk. 1,750.00 crore to Tk. 3,000.00 crore and also approved necessary amendments of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company subject to approval from the Regulatory Authorities and shareholders in the EGM.
