Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.05.2022 regarding Decision to issue Subordinated Bond, the Company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has accorded its consent to the Company for raising of capital through issuance of non-convertible, unsecured, fully redeemable, floating rate subordinated bond of BDT 5,000.00 million through private placement. অধীনস্থ বন্ড ইস্যু করার সিদ্ধান্তের বিষয়ে 29.05.2022 তারিখে ডিএসই দ্বারা প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদ দেখুন, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন অ-পরিবর্তনযোগ্য, অসুরক্ষিত, ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে মূলধন বাড়ানোর জন্য কোম্পানিকে তার সম্মতি দিয়েছে। সম্পূর্ণরূপে খালাসযোগ্য, প্রাইভেট প্লেসমেন্টের মাধ্যমে 5,000.00 মিলিয়ন টাকার ফ্লোটিং রেট অধীনস্থ বন্ড। (চলবে)
