The company has informed that the existing Board of Directors of the company has been abolished by Bangladesh Bank with the recommendation of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). The company has further informed that according to the letter of Bangladesh Bank ref. no. BRPD (BMMA) 651/9 (2) DA/2023-11107, dated December 21, 2023, the Board has been newly reconstituted and appointed the following individuals as the Board of Directors: (cont.)
