(Cont. news of NBL): "For the interest of upholding and safeguarding the interest of the depositors, stakeholders and to ensure corporate governance in the banking sector, Bangladesh Bank at the recommendation of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide its Memo No: BRPD(BMMA) 651/9(2)DA/2023-11107 dated 21 December 2023 reconstituted the Board of Directors of National Bank Limited and appointed new members in the (cont.2)
