NBL AGM Disclosure

(Cont. news of NBL): order dated 18th December 2023 passed by Hon'ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in Company Matter No. 827 of 2023. In the meantime, the statutory period of holding AGM from the date of preceding AGM has expired in view of section 82 of the Companies Act 1994 and therefore Bank would need to obtain condonation of delay from the Hon'ble (cont.4)

(NBL-এর চলমান খবর): 18 ই ডিসেম্বর 2023 তারিখের আদেশ 2023 সালের কোম্পানির নং 827 নম্বরে বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ কর্তৃক পাস করা হয়েছে। এর মধ্যে, তারিখ থেকে এজিএম অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার বিধিবদ্ধ সময়কাল কোম্পানি আইন 1994 এর ধারা 82 এর পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে পূর্ববর্তী AGM এর মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেছে এবং তাই ব্যাঙ্ককে মাননীয়ের কাছ থেকে বিলম্বের জন্য ক্ষমা পেতে হবে (চলবে 4)
