NBL AGM Disclosure

(Cont. news of NBL): High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in view of the relevant provisions of the Companies Act 1994. We are in the process of adopting necessary steps in this regard. Without fixing the date and agenda of the 40th AGM of the year ended 31st December 2022, the present Board of Directors could not determine the date and agenda for the successive AGM for the year ended on 31st December 2023.
