NBL AGM Disclosure — 27 April 2024

(Cont. news of NBL): not consider or adopt any resolution in the meeting of Board of Directors of National Bank Limited held on April 27, 2024 with regard to fixing date and place of AGM and taking decisions/recommendations on dividend, appointment of auditors, appointment/reappointment of directors, etc. for the 41st AGM for the year ended 31st December 2023. We therefore could not disclose the required information regarding dividend, (cont.6)

(এনবিএল-এর চলমান খবর): 27 এপ্রিল, 2024 তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত ন্যাশনাল ব্যাংক লিমিটেডের পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভায় এজিএমের তারিখ ও স্থান নির্ধারণ এবং লভ্যাংশ, নিয়োগের বিষয়ে সিদ্ধান্ত/সুপারিশ গ্রহণের বিষয়ে কোনো সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ বা গ্রহণ করা হবে না। 31শে ডিসেম্বর 2023 সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য 41তম এজিএমের জন্য নিরীক্ষক, পরিচালকদের নিয়োগ/পুনরায় নিয়োগ, ইত্যাদি। তাই আমরা লভ্যাংশ সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রকাশ করতে পারিনি, (চলমান)
