Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.08.2020 regarding Decision to issue Non-Convertible Floating Rate Perpetual Bond for Tk. 500.00 Crore, the Company has further informed that that BSEC has accorded consent and Bangladesh Bank has issued the with 'No Objection Certificate' with inclusion of additional condition of loss absorption features, i.e. if the proposed trigger CET-1 (Consolidated Common Equity Tire-1) of the Bank fall below the Bangladesh Bank (cont. 1)
