NCCBANK Corporate Disclosure — 5 June 2022

As per Court Order to transfer 10,00,000 shares of National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited from Mr. Mohammed Ali, one of the Sponsors of National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (the transferor/pledgor) to Jamuna Bank Limited (the transferee/pledgee) outside the trading system of the exchange within 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE, under Regulations - 47 and 57(2) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015.

ন্যাশনাল ক্রেডিট অ্যান্ড কমার্স ব্যাংক লিমিটেডের 10,00,000 শেয়ার ন্যাশনাল ক্রেডিট অ্যান্ড কমার্স ব্যাংক লিমিটেডের অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক জনাব মোহাম্মদ আলীর কাছ থেকে যমুনা ব্যাংক লিমিটেডের (হস্তান্তরকারী/অঙ্গীকারকারী) কাছে হস্তান্তরের আদেশ অনুযায়ী ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন- 47 এবং 57(2) এর অধীনে ডিএসই কর্তৃক অনুমোদন পত্র জারির তারিখ থেকে 30 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে।
