NCCBANK Corporate Disclosure — 28 September 2022

Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) has accorded its consent to transfer of 2,00,000 shares of National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited from Mr. Aslam Ul Karim, one of the Sponsors of the Company (the transferor/pledgor) to Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Limited (the transferee/pledgee) outside the trading system of the exchange within 30 working days from the date of approval by DSE (i.e. September 11, 2022), under Regulations - 47 and 57(2) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ লিমিটেড (ডিএসই) ন্যাশনাল ক্রেডিট অ্যান্ড কমার্স ব্যাংক লিমিটেডের 2,00,000 শেয়ার বাংলাদেশ ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ফাইন্যান্স কোম্পানিতে কোম্পানির অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক (হস্তান্তরকারী/অঙ্গীকার) জনাব আসলাম উল করিমের কাছ থেকে হস্তান্তরের সম্মতি দিয়েছে। ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাকরণ) এর রেগুলেশন - 47 এবং 57(2) এর অধীনে ডিএসই (অর্থাৎ 11 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2022) এর অনুমোদনের তারিখ থেকে 30 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে লিমিটেড (হস্তান্তরকারী/অঙ্গীকার) প্রবিধান, 2015।
