Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 11.07.2023 regarding sale declaration of Mr. Nisar Kader, one of the Sponsors of the company, who expressed his intention to sell 3,00,000 shares of the Company but could not able to sell the mentioned shares within the stipulated time. In this respect, BSEC has allowed time extension including restricted period for selling the declared 3,00,000 shares of the mentioned sponsor of the company till January 31, 2024.
