The company has informed that that Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold an EGM with a view to approve amendments of the following articles of the Articles of Association of the company through special resolution subject to the approval of Bangladesh Bank with or without any modifications: 1) Article-2(vi): Proposed Amendment: "Chairman" and "Vice Chairman" means the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company for the time being elected under Article-108; (cont.1)

কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ বিশেষ রেজোলিউশনের মাধ্যমে কোম্পানির আর্টিকেল অব অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের নিম্নোক্ত ধারাগুলোর সংশোধনী অনুমোদনের লক্ষ্যে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে একটি ইজিএম করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। পরিবর্তন: 1) ধারা-2(vi): প্রস্তাবিত সংশোধনী: "চেয়ারম্যান" এবং "ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান" অর্থ অনুচ্ছেদ-108 এর অধীনে নির্বাচিত সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের চেয়ারম্যান এবং ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান; (চলমান 1)
