All other Agenda items bearing No. 01-03 for amendments of Articles i.e. Article 91, 94(1) and 94(2) were transacted by the Shareholders pursuant to the Notice dated December 12, 2024 in the 11th Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the company held on January 07, 2025.
