Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 20.11.2024 regarding holding of AGM, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Bank has accorded their approval against Agenda items bearing No. 01-03 for amendments of Articles i.e. Article 91, 94(1) and 94(2) of the Articles of Association of the company which were duly passed in the EGM held on January 07, 2025.
