NCCBANK Corporate Disclosure — 19 August 2026

The company has informed that Bangladesh Bank, vide its letter dated 17 August 2026 has accorded in-principle approval for conversion of 20 (twenty) Conventional Banking Branches of the Bank into full-fledged Islamic Banking Branches, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated by Bangladesh Bank. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক তার ১৭ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখের পত্রের মাধ্যমে, বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত শর্তাবলী পরিপালন সাপেক্ষে, ব্যাংকটির ২০ (বিশ)টি প্রচলিত ব্যাংকিং শাখাকে পূর্ণাঙ্গ ইসলামী ব্যাংকিং শাখায় রূপান্তরের জন্য নীতিগত অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। প্রস্তাবিত রূপান্তরটি দ্বিতীয় অনুচ্ছেদের প্রযোজ্য বিধানাবলী অনুসারে বাস্তবায়িত হবে, (চলবে)
