The auditor of the company has given the following emphasis of matter in the audit report of the company for the year ended on 31 December 2015: Emphasis of Matter: Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to the following matters: 1. Note # 17 to the financial statements, the fund disclosed the NAV (at market price) of Tk. 10.80 considering the market value of the assets except for the investment in mutual funds, which has been considered at cost.
