(Continuation news of NCCBLMF1): of Bangladesh News 24 Hours Ltd. at a price of Tk. 12,500 each during the year 2019. Out of the said 4778 nos. of ordinary shares 50% i.e. 2389 nos. shares were directly purchased from the company and the remaining 2389 nos. shares was purchased from Mr. Toufique Imrose Khalidi, Managing Director of the company.
