NCCBLMF1 Corporate Disclosure — 12 March 2023

(Continuation news of NCCBLMF1): The Fund has not received any amount as a recovery of the said investment till this reporting date. However, we have been informed by the AMC that total amount of investment is Taka 490,000,000/= in Bangladesh News 24 Hours Ltd. made from the NCCBL Mutual Fund-1 and other five Mutual Funds managed by the AMC. The AMC also informed the sale proceeds from such share have been kept in FDRs (cont.4)

(NCCBLMF1-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): এই প্রতিবেদনের তারিখ পর্যন্ত তহবিল উল্লিখিত বিনিয়োগের পুনরুদ্ধার হিসাবে কোনও পরিমাণ পায়নি। যাইহোক, AMC দ্বারা আমাদের জানানো হয়েছে যে NCCBL মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড-1 এবং AMC দ্বারা পরিচালিত অন্যান্য পাঁচটি মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড থেকে তৈরি বাংলাদেশ নিউজ 24 আওয়ার্স লিমিটেড-এ মোট বিনিয়োগের পরিমাণ 490,000,000/= টাকা। এএমসি আরও জানিয়েছে যে এই ধরনের শেয়ার থেকে বিক্রির আয় এফডিআর-এ রাখা হয়েছে (চলবে 4)
