NCCBLMF1 Corporate Disclosure — 12 March 2023

(Continuation news of NCCBLMF1): in different Banks in Bangladesh by the Bangladesh News 24 Hours Ltd. & its Managing Director Mr. Toufique Imrose Khalidi and the principal balance of said FDRs is Tk. 420,000,000. However due to unavailability of FDRs statements as on 31 December 2022, we are not able to confirm the balance of principal and to calculate the accrued interest thereon. Out of total FDRs amount in Taka 420,000,000 interest against FDRs (cont.5)
