NCCBLMF1 Corporate Disclosure — 12 March 2023

(Continuation news of NCCBLMF1): value in Tk. 210,000,000 is transferred to another bank accounts. The AMC informed us that this FDRs account are remain freeze at the reporting date. We have not been provided any valuation report the said investment and the AMC revalued the shares at cost of Tk. 12,500 per shares, though we are in doubt about fair value of the said investment of Tk. 12,500 per share.
