(Continuation news of NCCBLMF1): We also have not been provided audited financial statements of Bangladesh News 24 Hours Ltd. For the year ended 30 June 2022. As per last available audited financial statements (As on 30th June 2021) the NAV per share of the company is Tk. 1,676 (including share premium and without considering previous intangible profit) and Earning per share is 3.71. 2.We refer to the Note # 5.02 & Annexure-D (cont.7)
